Business Coaching for the Decisions That Move Your Business Forward
Clearer strategy, better decisions, and stronger follow-through for people responsible for building and running a business.
What Is Business Coaching?
Business coaching gives you a structured place to think through the decisions shaping your business, and the patterns affecting whether you follow through.
We may work on growth, positioning, priorities, team issues, leadership, or a decision you’ve been circling for weeks. Sometimes the obstacle is strategic. Sometimes the real problem is avoidance, uncertainty, or trying to solve too many things at once.
The goal isn’t another pile of advice. It’s clearer judgment, focused action, and greater confidence in the decisions that move your business forward.
who this is for
Entrepreneurs scaling their business
Small business owners navigating challenges
& growth
Business Leaders who want sharper execution & strategy
You don’t need to be in crisis. You do need a real problem to work on and a willingness to have your thinking challenged.
why this is different
Most business owners don’t need more information. They need space to separate signal from noise, identify the real constraint, and follow through on the decision that matters.
My work combines professional coaching with practical business perspective. I won’t take over your business or hand you a generic playbook. I’ll ask direct questions, challenge assumptions, and offer strategic perspective when it genuinely helps.
Decision Clarity
Pressure-test important decisions before they become expensive.
Focused Action
Turn a noisy list of priorities into the few moves that will materially change the situation.
Stronger Leadership
Handle delegation, difficult conversations, team issues, and growing responsibility more intentionally.

BUSINESS COACHING
I spent two decades building businesses before I became a coach: a digital marketing agency, a hospitality business, a leadership role inside an insurtech startup, and a SaaS product.
I’ve hired, fired, repositioned, rebuilt, and made decisions with real money and livelihoods attached. That experience means I understand the business problem in front of you. My coach training means I don’t assume my answer is automatically yours.
I’m an ICF Associate Certified Coach, trained by iPEC and certified as a CPC and ELI Master Practitioner.
about me
What Working Together Looks Like
Coaching isn’t a lecture, and it isn’t passive listening.
Every session begins with the decision, conversation, or business problem taking up the most mental space right now.
We slow it down, separate the real issue from the noise, challenge assumptions where needed, and identify the few actions that could materially change the situation.
Some moments call for coaching. Others benefit from strategic perspective or practical experience. I move between them deliberately, based on what best serves the conversation.
I ask direct questions. If I think you’re missing something, I’ll say so. You leave with clearer thinking and a concrete next step.
What pricing Looks Like
Some clients begin with Clarity & Strategy, which includes the Energy Leadership Index assessment, a personalized debrief, and two coaching sessions to turn those insights into action.
Others bring one urgent decision to an Advisory Intensive: three uninterrupted hours of direct, focused strategic thinking.
Business owners looking for sustained support can choose Momentum & Growth, a three-month coaching partnership built around stronger decisions, accountability, and meaningful progress over time.
Whether you need one focused intervention or an ongoing thinking partner, there is a clear place to begin.
business coaching FAQs
-
A business coach helps entrepreneurs and business owners think through important decisions, clarify priorities, strengthen their leadership, and follow through more consistently.
Depending on what you’re facing, that may involve growth, positioning, team management, delegation, a difficult conversation, or a pattern that repeatedly slows execution. The goal is not generic advice. It is better judgment and more intentional action.
-
A consultant is generally hired to diagnose a problem and recommend a solution. A coach helps you examine your thinking, develop your own judgment, and become more effective at making and implementing decisions.
My approach can draw from both. I use professional coaching as the foundation and bring strategic perspective or practical business experience into the conversation when it is genuinely useful.
-
Business coaching can be useful when you’re facing a consequential decision, repeatedly getting stuck around the same issue, struggling to prioritize, or carrying more of the business than you can sustainably manage.
You don’t have to wait until something is failing. Coaching can also help when the business is growing and the way you have been operating no longer fits what comes next.
-
My current options range from $275 for a standalone Energy Leadership Index assessment and debrief to $3,500 for a three-month coaching partnership.
I also offer a two-session Clarity & Strategy engagement for $500 and a three-hour Advisory Intensive for $950. All current pricing and package details are available on my Pricing page.

That depends on the problem you’re trying to solve and your willingness to act on what emerges.
The value is not simply having another conversation. It comes from making a better decision, addressing a costly pattern earlier, communicating more effectively, or finally moving something forward that has remained stuck.
-
Look for someone whose experience, approach, and communication style fit the kind of support you need.
Credentials matter, but so do practical experience, honest challenge, and whether you feel able to speak openly about what is actually happening. A productive coaching relationship should sharpen your thinking rather than make you dependent on the coach’s answers.
Your business moves at the speed of your decisions.
