Life Coaching FAQs
-
Yes. I'm an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the worldwide governing body for accredited coaches — a lot of coaches practicing today aren't accredited or certified this way. I'm also a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), trained through iPEC, one of the most respected ICF-accredited coaching programs in the world.

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about your next steps, life coaching can be a game-changer. The right coach helps you break past limiting beliefs, create a clear action plan, and stay accountable—leading to tangible progress.
-
Therapy focuses on healing past wounds, while coaching is about taking action toward your future. Coaching works best if you’re mentally well but need guidance, structure, and accountability to achieve your personal or professional goals.
-
A mentor primarily shares personal experience. A consultant provides recommendations based on their expertise. A coach helps you think more clearly by asking powerful questions that uncover new perspectives and possibilities.
My approach draws from all three when appropriate. Professional coaching remains the foundation of my work, but there are times when practical experience, strategic insight, or an outside perspective creates greater value than questions alone. My role is to know the difference and bring what best serves you and your goals.

Yes, when done by a trained coach. Coaching is an established field that draws from psychology, goal-setting methodologies, and personal development frameworks to create real results. The key is finding a coach whose style and expertise align with your needs.
